Public
health researchers need the expertise of colleagues like Qing,
who have the skills necessary to make sense out of all kinds
of data. Qing applies his talent and expertise as a biostatistician/programmer,
specializing in statistical computing, analysis and database
management for multiple research projects. He works side-by-side
with multiple members of the faculty on diverse research projects,
assisting them in translating data into meaningful outcomes. His own personal
research interests include spatial statistical analysis, linear model, and statistical
bench mark processing for the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators.
