Marvin Stottlemire has earned a BA in political science from the University of Oregon; a MA and PhD in political science from Rice University; and, a JD from the University Of Kansas School Of Law. He taught political science at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and was the Assistant Director of the University Of Kansas Public Management Center. He is currently Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University Of Kansas Medical Center. He is past president of the Kansas Public Health Association.
